For many years my client has been helping Western Australians choose the right home loan for their lifestyle. Being part of a large group, they incorporate award winning Mortgage Specialists, a Real Estate Group of Companies, dedicated Settlement Agents, and experienced Financial Planners & Accountants.
Two of their Loan Writers are within the top performing brokers in Australia consistently, which demonstrates their success as an organisation to provide substantial support, experience, and quality leads from their group. Although you will be supplied with qualified leads weekly it is also required that you also bring to the table your own referral sources and leads. As an organisation they have a dedicated telemarketing team calling 16,000 existing clients regularly and filtering those leads out to their brokers.
Due to continued growth, we are not seeking successful, pro-active Brokers based within the Metro Areas to service approximately 10-15 Real Estate Agents each with their clients needs. Travel is required to the different agents locations within your designated area. Must have at least 2 years Mortgage Broking or Lending within a Bank or Building Society and the relevant qualifications including Cert IV and Diploma. Ongoing training provided. Must be self-motivated and used to working remotely. Regular Sales meetings with the team in Perth would also be required. Achieving KPIs. Must be good at marketing, social media and networking (full support available). Central Perth office available for use as well as your home office if required.
