We have the following positions available those with travel industry experience or starting/completed Certificate IV in Travel and Tourism:1 x full time role on a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover1 x part time (3 days a week) on 12 month fixed term

THE ROLE

Based in our Cheltenham (VIC) office, our Guest Relations Consultants are responsible for the end-to-end sale and service of travel bookings for guests and travel agents, with a focus on exceptional customer service. In line with our bespoke journeys, our service is recognised by our guests as industry leading. Specifics for the role include:Experienced Travel Consultancy with strong destination knowledgeBe the contact point for sales and service enquiriesProvide exceptional service, across all guest interactionsDevelop and maintain effective and efficient work processes and proceduresEffectively communicate with internal and external staffPerform administrative tasks assigned by the greater business unitEstablish and maintain a continual review of guest touch pointsEmbrace and living the company values

ABOUT YOU

As an experienced Guest Relations consultant, you will bring the following to the role:Experience in a telephone sales environment along with email correspondencePreferable qualifications of starting or completed Certificate IV in Travel and TourismAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environmentPrevious travel industry experience and working knowledge of a GDS - SabrePassionate about delivering luxury travel experiencesExceptional customer service and relationship building skillsExcellent written and oral communication competencyHigh quality attention to detailA positive and enthusiastic approach to your work and colleagues
