Our client is a growing business, and thanks to an internal promotion, they are now looking for their next Junior Administration Assistant to join their team.

Our client is looking to bring someone on for the long term. As you develop your skills in administration, there is an opportunity to further develop your knowledge in accounting and progress into a Junior Accountant role. You might not have much experience with administration, and thats ok. There will be structured training provided on all processes and procedures, including accounting software such as Xero. There is an opportunity here to gain exposure to different industries and clients. You will be communicating with both personal tax and business clients which will allow you to develop your knowledge across different financial processes. About You
You mightve studied Accounting or you might be currently studying part-time. Numbers just make sense to you, and what youve enjoyed most about your studies is diving deep into the data.
You have a sharp eye for detail and have a method for checking that every report or note is spot on.
Youre someone who has a genuine care for other people, and you always go out of your way to help others or to help solve a problem, no matter how big or small.

About the Role
This role is a great opportunity to work in Administration and develop your knowledge in finance and accounting. Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering any email or phone enquiries from clients about setting up meetings or messages for their Accountant. Coordinating any ATO documentation, including receiving and forwarding mail. Ensuring ASIC fees are paid, making sure that all documentation is correct. Preparing client packs for tax returns and sending the documentation for them to sign. Completing any other Adhoc tasks including scanning or filling. Selection Criteria
