If so we, have a very rare and exciting opportunity in the Central Coast for a Business Development Manager to join the team!
As the Business Development Manager, you will be pursuing and winning targeted projects, while building and executing a territory business plan with a specific focus on industrial, agricultural, mining, and renewable energy target accounts.
You will be selling Drives and Soft Starters Contactors and Overloads, Enclosures, and Push Buttons, Pilot Lights, and Customer Distribution Boards

What Will You Do?
Grow business opportunities for our Industrial and Solutions business in the Newcastle, Narrabri, Coffs Harbour, and Tamworth region
Partner with Industrial wholesalers, Switchboard builders, and Contractors
Increase revenue and manage effective commercial action plans for industrial products to a diverse customer account base
Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitor activity
Implement an annual and quarterly business plan by vertical and accounts
Participate in joint pipeline generation activities and track sales closures
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
You enjoy travelling and building strong relationships with key players in industrial, agricultural, and mining segments
You are someone who gets excited by innovation
You have a strong technical acumen with demonstrated success selling complex technologies/systems
Electrical License / Trades Certificate a plus
HVAC experience is a plus
Experience selling LV products a plus
Ability to drive performance excellence within a highly competitive market
