About the Role
As the Head of Digital, you will have a strong grasp of current digital tools and strategies and be able to lead data-driven campaigns from conception to execution. As well as:
- Creating innovative ideas that bridge web, mobile, CRM, social, and digital media to achieve acquisition marketing objectives for clients
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests as well as report performance of the site and digital marketing campaigns
- Design and manage email marketing and content strategy, including outbound strategy, nurture strategy, and sales play follow up
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 8 years of experience in a leadership role in digital marketing/growth marketing preferably within the gaming and/or related tech industries. Along with :
- Skilled at increasing conversion rates by utilizing tools such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing other new marketing vehicles
- Strong analytical skills combined with genuine interest in learning new tools, gathering data, and studying trends
- Solid knowledge of tech tools (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics, MailChimp, Google Adwords, HTML, CSS, etc )
- Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentations skills
- Energetic, high performer, self-driven, and able to thrive in a startup environment
