With a national presence and head office in Moorabbin, we are now looking for our next Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Working as a Personal Secretary or Assistant, you may have provided administrative support for someone in Senior Management. However, you miss being able to work as part of a team, representing a company and working towards their vision. Part of this assistance involves scheduling and organising other peoples calendar as well as your own. You understand how to prioritise different tasks so that you can smoothly run a constantly changing schedule, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills. You enjoy speaking to people over the phone and adopting a down-to-earth with approach your customers. You take the time to listen, seek to understand and empathise with customers so you can provide them with the solution to their problem or answer to their question. About the Role
The goal for this position within the service department is to ensure the coordination of the end to end delivery of service requests from highly valued customers and remain the first point of contact.
You will add significant value by:
Being the first point of contact for customers, promptly supporting them throughout their service request Investigating and understanding what possible issues are occurring with the machinery Accurately assess customer needs and log them into the CRM system Liaising with technicians and ensure they are fully supported and properly equipped for each sight visit Providing ongoing service updates to customers throughout the entire request Enjoying the satisfaction of solving the customers problem
