The Role & The Team
Are you looking to take the first step in working in a People & Culture team? Do you like to work in an environment where every day is different? As the Group Administrator, People and Culture you will definitely find this when you join our team and work with the broader Leadership Team within the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) group. In addition, this role will offer a rare opportunity interacting across a Nationally based People & Culture team with potential professional development pathways.
To thrive in this role, you will have high level communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to display initiative at all times. You will have demonstrated Administrative experience and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of application. As a team player, you will possess a "can do" attitude for problem solving and the ability to work on your own within given time constraints. This role is being offered on a 12 month Fixed Term contract.

The Person
The ideal candidate will: Establish effective working relationships with all personnel and collaborative partners to achieve the most appropriate outcomes for the CPCO Group. Exercise discretion and sound judgement in sharing confidential/sensitive information with other stakeholders. Represent the organisation in a manner that is consistent with Airservices values and appropriate to the audience.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have: Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties, including the production of written material and accurate data processing. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively while remaining flexible to changing circumstances. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word; Outlook; Power Point). Ability to learn and effectively operate a range of software applications. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity Previous experience working in a corporate or people and culture team environment desirable
