Cook (Indian & Western Cousine)Taj Restaurant is looking for an experienced cook, who will make most dishes in house using quality produce, with experience in curries, tandoor style cooking. Must have experience in preparation/cooking of North and South Indian cuisine e.g. Chicken Curry, Goat Curry, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken/Goat Biryani, Daal-Makhni, Malai Kofta, All type tandoori Naans, Dosa, Idli, Vada, Beef Vindaloo.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurants revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

3 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager,
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

MOTEL SERVICE MANAGER
A busy and well-situated Motel and Resort in Pinjarra seek the urgent services of a Hotel /Motel Manager. The Motel has accommodation rooms/suites, cozy licensed restaurant, dining area, outside picnic facilities, swimming pool and conference facilities. The motel also has facilities for catering weddings and functions and has the potential to house guests for weddings, birthdays, and special occasions.
The facility is currently in the process of expanding its restaurant facilities and opening additional services for weddings and conferences.
The duties and responsibilities of the position are set out below but are not limited to the following:Directing and overseeing all the motel departments, this includes but is not limited to the front office staff, housekeeping, and maintenance and restaurant staff.Allocate the rosters and work requirements for all staff in these areas and ensuring that the staffing needs for the efficient and effective running of the motel are met.Attend a weekly meeting with the owner/ manager to coordinate the various activities of the motel and the restaurant as well as the housekeeping and venue facilities.Set-up, organize and maintain the attendance records of the staff involved in the day to day running of the motel. Facilitate the roster changes and keep the record of the dates that staff are on leave, on sick leave and casual days.Set-up, organize and maintain the rosters for the staff rotation on housekeeping and services.Ensure that all staff is up to date with the various OH&S requirements and that all safety requirements for the motel are met and maintained.Overseeing the day to day running of the facility and ensuring that all aspects of the facility are run efficiently and effectively.Submitting fortnightly reports on any maintenance and repair issues that may arise, liaising with management regarding the repairs and maintenance to the facility and liaising with the contractors to complete and facilitate the repairs so required.Conducting fortnightly staff meetings to ensure that the staff is aware of any changes to the facility rules and regulations, that the staff is aware of any events that are upcoming and to ensure that the day to day work conditions of the staff is within the requirements of the National Employment Standards.Be aware at all times of the general booking situation of the motel currently and for future dates and ensuring that the staffing of the motel meets the requirements for these bookings.Reviewing any night reports to ensure that any issues that have arisen during the night are taken care of as urgent tasks for the day.Attending to any staff grievances or complaints and working with management to resolve these issues.
