The PositionReview and analysis of clients business/ performance on a regular basis (including cash flow analysis management reporting, bench marking)Providing solutions to clients to assist them with their taxation requirements, business / entity structures and cashflow managementReview individual tax returns and activity statements Mentoring and support to Junior / Intermediate team membersAbility to have group accounts and tax returns finalised to a high standard, address and identify key business and tax risks for clientsPrioritize tasks, manage workflows for team and meet deadlinesSupport Partners and Principals in providing solutions for clients and referrersActively participate in business development activities undertaken by the firm, practice and industry groupsEnsure that client files are maintained in accordance with file, practice management and risk, policies and proceduresIdentify and analyse accounting issues and contribute to the development of commercially sound solutionsCommunicate clearly and appropriately with clients and colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will:Possess a high level of organisational skillsBe a great communicatorBe positive, friendly and have a professional attitudeShow initiative and the ability to work autonomouslyA minimum of 3 years professional experienceHave experience in Accounting Packages (MYOB, Xero, QB) etc)Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced understanding of Fundamental Accounting principalsAdvanced knowledge of Tax Laws and practices
