Job description
We are looking for an experienced graduate architect to join our team.
The role will include being involved in all aspects of residential design projects from initial site modelling through to construction documentation. You will initially be working collaboratively, with a view to running your own projects. The role will provide a great opportunity for expanding your experience in design and documentation alongside experienced architects, as well as exposure to the workings of all stages of a project and involvement with various consultants.
You will ideally have:4 years+ experience post-graduation (preferably)A good understanding and knowledge of compliance with local planning and building regulations/codesSolid experience in preparation of town planning approval documentation and building approval documentation (working drawings) Experience in the following programs: ArchiCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite (at a minimum)A good attitude toward learning new protocols/processes and a willingness to contribute and assist within a team environmentAn appreciation of dogs (or at least no allergies!) as we have two resident greyhounds
