The Position
We are looking for a bright and friendly Receptionist to join our team in a Full Time role.
Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, your duties will includeReceptionSorting and Distributing Mail Incoming/OutgoingOrganising CouriersMaintaining Office Supply levelsPurchase OrdersMaintaining Contact ListsAssisting Various Departments with Administrative TasksData Entry Booking and Setting Up Meeting Rooms and tidying rooms after meetingsDaily Maintenance of Coffee Machines and Lunch RoomsGeneral Administration duties as requested by the supervisor
Selection criteria. It is desirable that the successful applicants will -have intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel Skills have superstar customer service skillshave great all round communication skillsbe capable of understanding and following instructionshave good English reading, writing and speaking skillsa great telephone mannerhave great attention to detail skillsbe well organised and be able to manage their duties within specified timeframesbe able to maintain good working relationships with other work colleaguesbe pro-active and able to work autonomouslybe able to meet our pre-employment requirements that include drug and alcohol screening (DAS) as well as random DAS.
