I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Renewable Energy Business located outside of the ACT. This company has a strong European and Australian presence within the renewable energy sector with continued growth spreading state of the art technology across Australia.
You will be required to monitor and day to day operations of the facilities to ensure that everything is being met from a company and legal perspective. You will be working within set guidelines from Management to achieve productivity relevant to your branch.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Implement company management plans
- Review on monitor progress of maintenance plans
- Monitor site activities and ensure everything is running smoothly and have planned maintenance organised strategically
- Ensure work carried out by contractors and staff are in line with their companies processes and inline with my clients policy and procedures by adhering to regular inspections.
- Working closely with the team in Canberra providing data on a 24/7 rotating roster
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ensure safe work systems are established and being followed across the facility
- Assist when directed in the company in acquiring and maintaining the ISO Certifications Working within the framework set up.
- Assisting with Financing and budgeting
- Keeping up to date records, site information and any other relevant documentation in management systems.
You Skills and qualifications
- 3 years experience in the same role within the same role, ideally within renewable energy
- Cert 5 in WHS
- Cert 5 leadership and management
The ideal candidate will need to have substantial experience of power generation in Australia and knowledge of the Australian market. You will need to have experience within high voltage, have a trade background and experience in construction and contractor management.
