Job summary
Join our Palm Beach Office within the Property Management team conducting in-going, out-going and routine tenancy inspections as well as providing some admin support to the Property Management team at our beautiful new office in Palm Beach.Your primary role will be the property inspections and then depending on the needs of the team provide administrative support to five property managers and a Business Development manager at our Palm Beach office. This can include front desk support to handle day-to-day contact with tenants both in person and by phone and a variety of admin tasks. All the time, we promise, you will be learning how to become a great Property Manager.
This is a permanent part-time role for 20 hours a week including every Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. then a schedule during business hours M-F that suits you. While we prefer to have an agreed schedule we are also happy to rethink these as your life changes or work around one-off events.
If you are new to Property Management this role gives you the time to learn to handle people in varied circumstances, both landlords, and tenants, solve problems and deal with issues. We have a long history of finding and training our property managers from the ground up. Many of our Property Management staff started their careers with us in this role.
From the very start, you will be provided with on-site mentoring, so you can become an expert at our systems, weekly on-site training, and monthly external training all paid for by the office.

We service a large part of the Gold Coast from Banora Point in the south to Miami in the north, reaching west to Tallebudgera, Varsity Lakes and beyond.
This role reports directly to our Property Management Team Leader in the Palm Beach office. Our Property Management division comprises three teams and is headed by Property Management director, Dorothy Hamilton. Dorothy is one of the best-known and most highly regarded Property Managers in First National and a highly respected trainer, mentor and speaker throughout Queensland.
SO, WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Ideally a current Certificate of Registration for Real Estate, or training underway.Live within 15 minutes drive of our Palm Beach office.Current driver's licence and P's are fine.Access to a car.Confidence using a wide variety of technology.
