This is an ongoing casual position.
You will communicate with a broad range of internal clients including senior administrative staff and legal teams and help promote the team to assist in establishing a reputation of quality output and high performance.
This role presents an excellent entry level opportunity and will provide you with the skills to become a competent administrative support professional.
A standard day will include: Printing, scanning, photocopying and collating of documents, data entry and record management Creating client records and files Client billing Closing and archiving completed files Supporting internal office services and other administrative tasks as determined by Team Leaders.
The ideal candidate will: Have previous office administration or data entry experience (full training will be provided) Be enthusiastic and open minded and demonstrate strong attention to detail and recognise the importance of process Be proactive, task oriented and motivated to always do your best and take pride in producing quality outcomes.
Having an interest in technology and automation is desirable
