About the opportunity
Our Airport Services Team comprise of our committed team of Customer Service and Cabin Cabbage Officers. Our team are often our first point of contact for our customers. They are the face of Jetstar and are often our customers first point of contact and play an integral role in ensuring that our customer experience the Jetstar values through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Our team at Melbourne Airport now have an exciting opportunity available in the role of Resourcing and Operations Specialist. Reporting to the Airport Manager/Airport Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing day of operations Workforce Planning co-ordination and allocation, including managing the Real Time application to ensure that airports have sufficient staffing level to acquit safe, efficient operations. You will hold multiple responsibilities, including being the key focal point for communication and information provision for multiple stakeholders within the airport precinct and the Jetstar Operations Centre.
As Resourcing and Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:Managing day of operation tasking for Airport Customer Service (FOH) teamsWorking within key KPIs based on safe resourcing levels and labour cost managementAct as focal point for communication within portfolio, including liaison with internal and external stakeholdersProactive communications with the Jetstar Operations Centre (JOCC)Deliver operational and labour reporting by preparing and completing weekly and monthly labour reports to the Airport ManagerDeliver Operational Performance improvementsThrough data, identify operational improvements and OTP improvement plans and work to implement and communicate to the Airport Management teamManage the governance of SERP compliance at the airport and provide Airport Management support of SERP in portfolio airports
About you
