Gin Gin Mechanical is an established Regional Business 50 Kilometres West of Bundaberg situated right on the Brice Highway. The business is going through a period of growth and provides a range of mechanical services from Logbook Servicing, General Repairs, Brake Repairs, Suspension, Wheel Alignments, Air Conditioner Servicing & Repairs.
Job Responsibilities
This is a Hands On Role at times with Supervisor Duties and will include assisting with some Administrative duties such as Stock Ordering and providing estimates. You will need to be committed to completing work to a high standard within a fair time period and able to lead the team to do the same. You will also need to demonstrate confidence in discussing Works carried out with customers.
Skills/ Experience Required
- Must hold Light Vehicle Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Hold a Current Driver License
- Be able to work unsupervised & oversee a small team of Technicians
- Competent in Stock ordering and Control
- Have a minimum of 10 years qualified experience
- High level of Customer Service Skills
- Demonstrate Time Management & High Standard of Workmanship
- Be able to work with and lead a dynamic team
- Safety Certificate license or willingness to obtain a bonus
