- Expertly resolve complex complaints related to personal injury and disputes with precision, empathy, and efficiency, within designated timeframes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Identify and report significant and systemic issues from complaints and disputes, supporting necessary performance management or remediation actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of stakeholder interactions.
- Prepare correspondence and briefings for responses to internal stakeholders and the Personal Injury Commission.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in law (workers compensation or family law) and admission to the Supreme Court of NSW with a current practising certificate (preferred, not required).
- Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation.
- 4-5 years in experience in dispute resolution/litigation, particularly in insurance-related matters; Senior Case Managers in workers' compensation with 5+ years of experience would be considered.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Please note that this is NOT a first response role.
