Your role wil involve:
Interacting and liaising with membersPoint of contact for member enquiriesAnswering incoming callsCleaning of gym and managing gym hygiene policyMarketingManaging staffManaging and liaising with suppliersRosteringBanking and day to day operations
The right person will hold exceptional customer service skills and have experience is comfortable in liaising with people and has a friendly disposition.
Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
