Job summary
We are seeking a results focused, dynamic, Business Development Manager to drive our B2B sales across our hospitality businesses.About the opportunityHunt & accrue new business opportunities across B2B market segments Achieve weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets Directly manage key customer relationships Follow sales process: Seek, build rapport, establish needs, present solutions, overcome objections, check recommendations and conversion Lead sales meetings with clients both face to face and via phone Understand the key revenue drivers for each business Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Manage direct sales, organic sales enquires and leads provided from demand generation team Strategic account management, nurturing and developing authentic long-term B2B relationships. Contract negotiation Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyers journey
About you:Qualification, degree, or certification in a relevant field desiredMinimum 3 years experience in similar held position Demonstrated experience in managing key customer relationships High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary Performance mindset with focus on building relationships and conversion Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills Experience with CRM and sales software Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Office 365 suite
