Job Description
The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Developing campaign concept and design utilising external agencies
- Track and analyse campaign performance to inform strategic optimisation's and improve marketing efficiency
- Partner with the Commercial team and external partners to identify opportunities to drive growth through card acquisition and optimise member engagement
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, and cross-functional teams to brief and deliver integrated marketing campaigns on time and on budget
- Support dotted line Marketing Coordinator including allocation of work and review of output
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3-5 year's experience in critically reviewing marketing collateral to determine fit with the brand and ensure they are commercially and legally sound.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Business.
Nice to have:
* Experience in Partner Relationship Management involving liaising with external partners.
* Sound analytic and reporting skills.
* Experience in dealing with Legal and in understanding and communicating legal and commercial constraints to partners.
* Demonstrated high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, to build solid relationships and confidently present campaign results to Bank partners
