This is a Senior level position with an opportunity to use your industry knowledge to provide leadership to a small team committed to supporting clients that have been seriously injured. Put simply, we aim to maximise our client experience, outcomes, and independence.
This is an ideal role for people wanting to further develop their leadership skills in a dynamic, client focused environment. Drawing on your experience you will support and lead the team to assist our lifetime care clients, and put in place recovery and rehabilitation strategies for clients and families with complex recovery needs.
The work is operational, strategic and highly complex as well as incredibly rewarding. It requires the ability to problem solve and capacity to quickly acquire knowledge. You will help improve the way the team and organisation work, creating an environment and culture of partnership with clients, providers and other key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will be a leader with proven abilities to inspire your team, demonstrating an understanding of the issues, complexities and needs of people with disabilities and in particular, acquired injuries. The successful candidate will also have strong computer literacy skills, the ability to analyse complex information, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
