We have partnered exclusively with multiple SA Government departments and are currently recruiting for experienced administrators who are readily available for their next opportunity.

- Pay Rate of $32 - $42 per hour + superannuation
- Full Time Hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- SA Government opportunity

About YOU:

As an experienced Administrator, you will need to undertake a range of tasks in an efficient and effective manner with the ability to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. The successful candidate will be an integral point of contact within the department and will effectively contribute to the success and objectives of the office. They will be confident in themselves to transition their existing skills across to the projects that they will support.

The RESPONSIBILITIES:

- General administration duties, including: filling, scanning and data entry
- Managing a busy inbox to delegate communications and messages
- Invoicing, receipting, mail distribution duties
- Efficient use of Basware and Objective
- Work successfully within a team environment to complete tasks on time and at a quality standard
- Data processing through the use of Excel Spreadsheets and other in-house systems
- Customer service duties utilising in-person, in writing and over the phone methods of communication

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience working in the public sector is highly regarded
- Stable employment history within an administrative/office environment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience working independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable talking and interacting with people at all levels
- Experience in working with high volumes of work
- Must have a current National Police Check or be willing to obtain
- Must have a DHS Working with Children Check
