Applicants
Responsibilities for applicants include:Chairside assisting for dentist for a variety of dental procedures including passing of instruments and materials, using the suction etcSterilisation of instruments and following infection control protocolsManaging the front desk including maintaining the phone lines, greeting and welcoming patients warmlyComputer literacy skillsAmazing teamwork and communication skills within our tight knit teamProcessing payments using Dental4Windows and HICAPSOpportunity and knowledge of ordering and maintaining stockRecall Management and Settlement for the day
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Dental Assistant who has these attributes:No dental experience, but bring a can do attitude with an interest in learning new skills ORPrevious experience as a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist minimum 1 year experience with a Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred but not essentialA long term commitment for the full time or part time positionBe friendly, a peoples person and enthusiastic with exceptional communication skills and be able to build rapport with patients in a friendly and warm manner, chair side or on the phoneBe reliable, hardworking, loyal, punctual, self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced environmentAble to work within a friendly, close knit and supportive team and have a caring, positive and bright personality and motivate your team around you
