Job Description
As a Manager at PageGroup you will:
- Establish yourself as an authentic and successful leader, as part of the wider NSW leadership team
- Manage a team of industry-specific recruitment consultants, driving an culture of high performance and success
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles helping clients find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Maintain a talent pool of active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
- Stay up to date with market trends and insights and work with the team to respond in a customer focused way that yields commercial results
The Successful Applicant
You will have:
- A track record of success in agency recruitment & running successful recruitment teams
- Excellent business development skills and ability to initiate new relationships with diverse client and candidate pools
- A natural drive for exceptional personal performance and driving high performance in others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Resilience in objection handling and rejection
- A desire to learn through ongoing feedback
