An exciting opportunity has become available to join this cutting edge, global media brand as their Senior HR Advisor.
Joining a business that is internationally recognised for its coverage of politics, the environment, social justice and sport, you will work closely with the Australian HR Director to lead HR initiatives for the broader organisation.
Based in Sydney, this role will see you manage key aspects of HR Operations incl. employee relations, recruitment and well-being programs whilst working in a supportive team environment.
This is a permanent full time position with a flexible working arrangement.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide HR support and advice to management across the employee life cycle
- Support the HR Director with HR initiatives (incl. workplace diversity, HRIS implementation)
- Manage end to end recruitment activity and on-boarding for new starters
- Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business
Key Requirements
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated experience with employment and industrial relations
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience
- Experience with union or enterprise agreements highly regarded but not a must
