About Our ClientOur client is a highly successful boutique Project Management and Consultancy business. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team and be a part of an extensive pipeline of retail, commercial and hospitality projects.
Job Description
- Management of the delivery of projects through any or all of the development stages, such as town planning, documentation, tender, contract award, construction, fitout and handover on behalf of clients.
- Monitor and administer consultant, sub-contract and / or construction contracts as required to complete the project.
- Ensure all time and cost parameters are met in the delivery of the project.
- Ensure quality of the completed works is delivered to the agreed targets / parameters.
- Ensure any potential risks to the successful delivery of the project are identified and managed.
- Prepare weekly / monthly project reports for presentation to the client, detailing the status of the project to date.
- Manage the external consultant team in the preparation and delivery of the necessary documentation to progress projects through to completion.
- Conduct meetings (including design & site meetings) as required, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes / action statement in a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage the resources (both internal and external) necessary to achieve the agreed project outcomes.
