Job Description
The focus of this role is to drive continuous systems and process improvement for a Salesforce Implementation Program, within an Agile and Waterfall (hybrid) environment. The intent of this program is to consolidate systems and data from multiple existing (legacy) platforms.
As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Gathering user requirements to identify business and technology solutions.
- Developing As-Is and To-Be processes and operating models.
- Identifying risks, issues etc to produce artefacts and documentation.
- Providing recommendations for solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Driving BA best practices in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, strong communication and stakeholder skills will be essential. You'll be liaising with stakeholders at all levels, so the ability to engage with them is the key.
You'll also need:
- Demonstrated experience working with the Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with an understanding of enterprise systems (Microsoft O365, Salesforce, MuleSoft, SharePoint etc).
- The ability to analyse and identify future risks, business needs and provide recommendations.
