Our aim is to service the community with high quality engineering designs in a time efficient manner, while priding ourselves in our ability to create strong professional relationships with our clients through effective communication and robust engineering advice.

About The Role:
Due to recent growth, Finnco Pty Ltd is looking for a civil engineering graduate or someone close to completing their graduateship who intends to go down either a structural or drainage specialty. This role offers the right candidate a close mentorship development opportunity.
Reporting to the Director, the Graduate Civil Engineers responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Creating engineering designs
Understanding and adhering to LGA Development Control Plans and Other government body requirements
Competence using standard Office Software Packages
Experience using AutoCAD
Use in other Engineering Software Packages may be an advantage.
Have confidence in completing onsite Inspections
General office administration tasks
To Be Considered:
To be a successful candidate you must have:
A Bachelor of Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification, or close to completion of your degree.
Eligibility for Membership of the Institute of Engineers, Australia
Current NSW General Construction Induction (white card), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the position
Strong attention to detail
Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities
Open and effective communication skills
Time efficiency skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
Confidence in completing onsite inspections
Motivation to succeed and further skills
An intention to specialise in structural or hydraulic design is a strong advantage
Applicants must already have the right to work and currently reside in Australia.
Our business hours are: 07:30 - 16:00, Monday - Friday However once able to work independently a Flexible Work Policy is available where work hours and location can be reasonably altered.

Package will depend on right applicant $60,000 - $75,000 Plus super & car allowance or work vehicle (if conducting onsite inspections)
