A Recruitment Coordinator within a warm and welcoming Residential Aged Care and Community Care organisation in Doncaster is needed ASAP to directly assist the HR Manager in seeking passionate and caring talent!
About the role:
- Source, connect and provide strategies to attract candidates such as Personal Care Workers, Nurses, Care Advisor + more!
- Coordinate onboarding of new candidates ensuring the smooth transition of new staff into teams of multidisplinary backgrounds (physios, nurses, OTs, etc.)
- Make sure the key elements of introduction, orientation, training and development, and operational set-up (e.g., IT) is fully planned ahead of arrival to create a more seamless transition into the organisation
- Oversee compliance of candidates documentation and following up re-registrations and renewals
