Job summary
We're looking for the last piece of the Butler Wine Bar puzzle. Is that you?Butler is an intimate wine bar that values community, comfort and conscience. From a brand new venue straddling West End and South Brisbane, Butler will focus on a modern Australian wine offering, complemented by a menu that will celebrate connections with local producers and the bountiful and diverse produce of the region.
Youll feel like youre walking into your neighbourhood bar, even if its not your neighbourhood. The food at Butler is rooted in the wine bar traditions of Europe, with a menu structure that allows guests to snack, to graze, or to share a feast.

Our ideal candidate has:at least 3 years experience in high-quality Hospitality settingsA positive attitude towards their own education, training and growthThe confidence and attentiveness to adapt their excellent service skills to suit a broad range of guestsA high level of wine knowledge, particularly of modern Australian makers and trends, WSET certifications will be looked upon favourably.For bartenders a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary and classic cocktails
