OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing business on a permanent basis with an Immediate Start.
Your responsibilities in this role will include;Performing credit review Issuing claims/invoices to clientsCollection of overdue debts (collections, banking, allocations, receipting etc)Investigating and resolving customer queriesMaintenance of customer profile /customer databaseReconciliation and maintenance of debtor ledgersProduce weekly report to record debt collection progressGeneral accounting and administration duties
Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will possess:3+ years experience in a full function credit control roleExperience in the Construction Industry and familiarity with Security of Payments Act (SOPA) is essentialIntermediate MS Excel skills (V Look-up, Pivot Tables etc)Candidates with experience using other systems (Sybiz Vision, PayApps, Acconnex etc) will be favourableStrong communication skills articulate & an excellent negotiatorAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsAbility to prioritize various tasks to deliver required outcomes within deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively within a team to problem solve and develop solutions
