job detailsOur client is looking for an administrative professional to support office operations and team coordination. As the direct manager of a small team, you will demonstrate adaptability and the capacity to effectively prioritise and delegate tasks. You will have an outstanding initiative and drive to go above and beyond the expectations of all stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Management:
- Management and leadership of a small team, including roistering
- Manage training schedules to ensure team is meeting client SLAs
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements and schedule meeting rooms as required
- Ensure that conciergereception and all areas are well maintained and managed
Secondary Management:
- General office administration, clerical support to executives and various managers
- Managerial reporting and data loggingtracking
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of customer service ability
- High level of proficiency with MS Suite andor Google Suite
- High level of information management, organisational and planning skills
- Ability to remotely manage a team
- Attention to detail
