Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
Provide leadership and guidance to the Network Services team, supporting the large, diverse Networks and Voice components of WSLHD. Design solutions to meet the requirements of the business and project delivery, setting achievable KPI ' s around project and solution delivery.

Selection Criteria Proven highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret highly complex information from numerous sources, exercise independent judgement in a dynamic interagency policy environment, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused and innovative solutions. Proven ability to operate with multiple complex projects and work programs simultaneously. Proven ability to support the creation and maintenance of documentation (including network and compute related diagrams, standard operating procedures, standards documents, and technical documents). Proven ability to lead a team, and act as a coordination point between business stakeholders, project, technical, architecture, and delivery teams, to translate business requirements into technology solutions, and provide detailed design, in conjunction with feedback from technical and architecture teams. Proven ability to coordinate implementation of systems, including changes or uplifts to existing systems. Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor network security and report on breaches of network security. Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor network systems and associated supporting system, including firewalls, web proxy, DNS, DHCP, and continually improve on, and provide recommendations for enhancements in operating models and design. Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels, and build relationships across varying business units.
