With established franchises across the country and more on the way, X-Golf and Hey Caddy are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking to add an Office Manager/Book Keeper to the team as we go to the next level based at the BRAND NEW Refurbished headquarters in Notting Hill, Melbourne.

Working closely with Directors and collaboratively with staff on a day to day basis
Building client relations and accounts receivableData entry / recording financial transactions and balancing the books. Accounts payableMaking sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid in a timely mannerHR Administration Managing the office telephone callsMinor sales to incoming email and phone customersAdministrative and operational support to the Management Team, this includes but not limited to:Facilities Management of HQClient Administration Support through our software applicationsTravel, Conference, Training and Social CoordinationManaging our car fleet, IT equipment and mobile phones, energy etc. General Office and Administration DutiesContribute to the Continuous Improvement philosophy of the businessOther activities that serve the team and business as required

The Successful Candidate:

We are looking for a person with the following experience and attributes. Have a minimum of 3 years experience running, managing and bookkeeping for in an office environmentA sound knowledge of accounting and taxXero experience/knowledgeBookkeeping experienceHave advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft & Google SuitesProject Management experienceThe ability to switch between tasksThe ability to overachieve on deadlinesExcellent and confident telephone mannerExcellent prioritisation skillsExcellent time management skillsThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamThe ability to accept and enjoy accountabilityExcellent relationship building and communication skills Attention to detailA just do it mentalityA willingness to listen, learn and continuously improve (we will fully reciprocate)
