Job Description

As a Manager at PageGroup you will:

- Establish yourself as an authentic and successful leader, as part of the wider NSW leadership team
- Manage a team of industry-specific recruitment consultants, driving an culture of high performance and success
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise your commercial performance
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to build a growth strategy and vision for your team
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles helping clients find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Maintain a talent pool of active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
- Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

The Successful Applicant

You will have:

- A track record of success in agency recruitment & training / leading recruitment consultants
- Excellent business development skills and ability to initiate new relationships with diverse client and candidate pools
- A natural drive for exceptional personal performance and driving high performance in others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- High resilience and excellent objection handling skills
- A desire to learn through ongoing feedback
