The Opportunity:
This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Accountant
- Immediate start for the right individual
- Located in Brisbanes southern suburbs and Lytton surroundings
- Flexible work hours with on-site parking
- Great team environment and culture
- Autonomous role working closely with the Accountant
- Work from home flexibility
Your role:
Reporting to the Accountant, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Experience with streamlining and implementing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures
- Backup the accounts receivable functions
- Data entry, invoice distributions, reconciliations and ensuring all queries are handled within time-frames.
About you:
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard accounts payable procedures and effective accuracy and ability in high-volume transactions
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Strong organisation and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and an energised attitude
- A high level of communication, negotiation and organisation skills to provide high quality service
