TerryWhite Chemmart Rivervale is a community pharmacy located in a village-like strip shopping centre in suburban Rivervale, approximately 15 minutes south east of the CBD.
Weve been looking after the health of Rivervale for over 70 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Pharmacist works to facilitate provision of great health care and service to our customers by ensuring that they are provided with the right medication and the best possible advice at every visit. Other tasks the Pharmacist in Charge is responsible for may include:Prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently and confirm accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by non-pharmacistsCheck accuracy of Dose Administration Aids packed by non-pharmacistsProvide counselling and advice to consumers for both their medicine (both prescribed and over the counter) and their medical conditionsConsult customers in a friendly, professional and timely fashionAdhere to all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP and relevant policy and proceduresReplenish and coordinate stockAttend and contribute to all team meetingsExecute Health and Professional Services to the highest standard.
Skills RequiredBachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)Retail Pharmacy industry experienceYou must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this jobCurrent General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA, is requiredVaccination accreditedClear and effective communication skills, with an attention to detail
