The role is responsible for making outbound calls to assist and educate the general public and wider community about the implications of hearing loss, and scheduling appointments when necessary.
We are looking for candidates who have previous customer service or health experience, who are ready for a new and exciting opportunity to provide excellent customer services.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be making and answering calls. You will work closely on campaigns to encourage those with hearing loss to arrange hearing testing. You will be assisting by helping customers navigate all suitable options for their individual hearing needs.
Your role would include:
- Providing knowledge and educational information around the importance of hearing loss and health
- Making outbound calls to all relevant customers and stakeholders
- Liaising with and assisting customers
- Scheduling hearing loss appointments for relevant clients
The successful candidate would have:
- A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for the health industry and working to better the lives of the community
You will be provided with extensive initial training so you have all the tools to be successful.
Initially a casual position, there will be an opportunity to become permanent once you are able to demonstrate your ability to perform the role and a desire to continue your career with this organisation.
