Your New Role
As the Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Events with preparing high profile clients for upcoming networking events, coordinating day-to-day maintenance tasks and and resolving problems whilst anticipating and adapting to clients needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of event registration websites
- Managing and adhering to master event schedules, timelines, and processes
- Assisting in the planning and execution of the event programs, such as Masterclasses, Roundtables, Dialogues, and Pods
- Coordinating event data collection and archiving
- Handle customer escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Client-facing customer service through emails, phone calls, and on-site events support

About You
- Warm and friendly phone manner
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Natural ability to build long lasting customer relationships
- Interest in leadership strategy, business events and technology
- Tech savvy (experience with HubSpot highly regarded, however not a must)
- Previous Customer Experience, Guest Relations, Booking, Scheduling, Customer Service, Complaints, Coordination, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Travel or Events experience
