Youll add significant value by:
Developing your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands, including; GMM, Burkhardt and Thibaut to name a few. Performing regular routine maintenance checks throughout the Greater Melbourne area and Sydney. Executing the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users Conducting root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons

You will not only be learning the knowledge and skills, but be given the work vehicle, phone, laptop and tools to get the job done. Given our national presence, you will also go on paid interstate travel to other branches across Australia. About You
Whether it is the car in the garage or the computer in the office, you have always enjoyed situations that allow you to solve practical problems and work with your hands. Thats why you chose engineering in the first place: to pull things apart, understand how they work, and put them back together again. With studies in engineering, you have probably been exposed to units that involve CAD/CAM, but what you have enjoyed most is playing around with different machinery or components in the workshop. While you may not know much about the stone industry, dont know how to install a 5-axis milling machine or have never spoken to a Stone Mason, you are someone who proactively learns everything you can and look forward to becoming a true expert in a technical field.
