Job summary
We have a rare opportunity for an innovative and passionate individual, based at our Eastern Suburbs Head office. The E-Commerce and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting customer acquisition, conversion and optimisation of the E-Commerce and Marketing business across the ANZ region. As a valuable player of the team, your ability to multitask on various projects, while delivering an outstanding online experience for Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot, will be pivotal to your success in this role.E-Commerce Responsibilities: Content uploading and creation of products and descriptions to the E-Commerce websites, David Jones and The Iconic (through Seller Center).Responsible for managing customer care and returns across all brands and platformsFocus on the day-to-day operations of the online store ensuring products are displayed correctly on the website Liaise with our Retail teams, as well as The Iconic and David Jones, to manage all E-commerce processes.Work with logistics to ensure deliveries are progressing through efficiently Work with retail team to manage transfers, cancellations or fulfilment for ship from store orders Assist in improving website functionality and user experience across all platforms through development agency
Marketing Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing Manager to implement digital content and updates across all brand websitesAssist with compiling weekly eDMs with focus on different marketing strategies, leveraging seasonality, new drops and promotions. Liaise with PR agency, Digital marketing agencies to provide key dates, images and any promotional materials Work with stylist, publications and influencer loans and assist in managing strategic partnershipsLiaise with retail store teams to provide marketing updatesSupport Marketing team by compiling reports as required
Personal Competencies/SkillsA logical and analytical thinkerHighly accurate with a meticulous eye for detailEntrepreneurial approach with a passion for online retail and customer experienceHighly motivated, hardworking, flexible and comfortable with change Has excellent time-management skills, organised with the ability to multi-task across projectsTakes pride in their work and enjoys seeing tasks through to completionAn understanding of online user experience principles is an advantage Basic skills in Photoshop and ExcelExperience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Ortto preferred
