We'll be asking you to:Regularly liaise with our Clinical nurses and team leaders.Undertake simple and complex wound care, medication administration and other tasks within your scope of practice Develop & maintain trust, and positive rapport with our clients.Go above & beyond to assist clients achieve desired health outcomes.
About you:
Problem solving comes naturally to you. Critical thinking and the ability to work on your own with simple and complex wounds, continence, and medication support. This role would be well-suited if you have some community care experience. However, appropriate training will be provided to the right candidate.
Community nurses do a lot of driving each day, so you'll need to enjoy being out on the road.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled NurseWillingness to get an NDIS screening check.Show initiative and the ability to multitask.Great interpersonal & communication skills.Ability to quickly learn & use new software for record keeping.
