Job Description
Reporting to the National Business Manager, the successful candidate is a "hands-on" account manager with the following responsibilities to take the company to the next level:
- Drive the business forward in sales and in profitability on the National Accounts.
- Negotiate Trading Terms and Promotions.
- Control Pricing, Product Range and Margins.
- Complete Joint Business Plans and Reviews with Customers.
- Report market intel with action plans where required.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, the desired candidate will have:
- Great Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Must have strong Account management and Business Development experience.
- Relationship building skills with key customers preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
