Location Unit and Position Description:Schedule audit activities and input the schedule into our IT systemLiaise continuously with clients and auditors to settle dates for the auditsCommunicate the scheduled audits with the clients and assessorsEnsure that all audits are planned and delivered on time, in accordance with procedures, rules and regulationsPlan capacity and utilization of resources while ensuring lower operational costsCollaborate with our technical function and sales departmentContribute to improving analytical efforts for correct forecastingEnsuring the reporting is done by the assessors on time for the completed projectsUpdating our production system to ensure correct audit related informationAny other necessary administrative work related to activities / projects
Position Qualifications:Tertiary education is preferred.Experience working in similar industry (certification, NDIS, etc.) is preferred.Good hands-on understanding and experience working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and systems (e.g., Oracle).Candidate should have good written and spoken English as well as good communication skills.Good at problem solving with the ability to use own initiative quickly and efficiently to respond to urgent scheduling issues
