Exciting 12 month contract (potential to go perm) as the Quality Assurance Specialist with one of the largest insurers.

You will: ...

- Analyse claims performance through closed and open file reviews across Workers Compensation claims
- Be instrumental in helping the business to identify improvement initiatives
- Actively engage with the business to implement claims process improvements
- Co-ordinate and deliver deep dive reviews as required by the business
- Assist the business in preparing and providing QA findings to the regulator as requested

You must have:

- 3+ years in workers compensation active states (WA, ACT, NT & TAS) is a must
- Previous QA experience highly desirable
- Good technical expertise in claims
- Confident in presenting outcomes to a wide audience including Senior Leadership Team
- Great stakeholder management skills
- A modern approach to improving the business and a willingness to embrace change
