A highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant is sought to join our Melbourne based team, with potential to build a career in the business.

This role provides the day to day administration support for the smooth running of Yarra Valley Commercial Office. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role works closely with the entire Office Team.

This role would suit a candidate with at least 12 months experience in general office administration.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management capabilities, be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and adaptable attitude to your work, combined with a positive approach to problem solving will also suit this position.

Intermediate MS Office skills and excel are essential.

Your Duties will involve: Answering all incoming calls and responding accordingly Making appointments, meetings and taking minutes Data Entry Active follow up of purchase orders and invoices General administrative tasks including filing, photocopying and emails Maintaining registers of client plans and drawings Booking travel and accommodation Maintaining databases and internal registers Assistance with business marketing and client service

To be successful in this position you will need: 12 months experience in a general office role Strong verbal and communication skills Ability to multi task Outstanding attention to detail Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills A great attitude and a proactive approach
