About the role
We are a Smash Repair Shop. So our talent is to repair and paint cars. At Northside Smash Repairs we pride and hold ourselves very accountable in producing the highest quality finish. Every step of our process driven operation is meticulously stepped out. By adhering to each step, allows our process to run as seamless as possible. This equates to an excellent outcome. The current role available is a Panel Technician.

We like to keep our staff trained on the new technology entering the Industry. We do this by both in-house and external Training. The use of I-CAR Training, Supplier, Industry and Insurance Forums keeps us well informed. We have a partnership with Autolac through using Octoral paint that offers ongoing training in new colours and technology. This is an unlimited training pool that we can tap into.

Skills and experience
Qualified Panel Tradesperson is required. An energetic outlook and the ability to work well in a team situation, however having the judgment and sharpness to perform alone. The purpose of wanting to make a difference within your trade, is the type of person we are wanting to add to our team.
