Your New Role:
Reporting to the Facilities Team Leader, you are responsible for:
- Reception duties such as meeting and greeting clients, phone calls, emails, couriers.
- Organising weekly events.
- Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Processing invoices and assisting with reports.
- Ensuring the workplace is clean, tidy and adhering to Workplace Health & Safety regulations.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

About You:
