Job summary
The RoleReporting to the NSW Regional Manager, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team, servicing our retail stores across NSW!
This role can be a part time position (3-4 days a week) OR a full time position.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Implement VM briefs and directives to company expectations across multiple sites (6 metro locations and 2 regional locations)Implement seasonal and promotional windows in line with VM briefs and directionsAssist with prop construction and creationUnderstand VM principles and ensure they are actioned in the storeLiaise with VM Manager and Regional Manager on lifestyle adjacencies and store layoutsAttend and contribute to store openingsCreate good working relationships with store managers to ensure directives are understood and implementedEnsure that stores teams are trained on VM principles and standards
Our ideal candidate will:Have proven experience in Visual Merchandising preferable in menswear, with a minimum of 3 years' experienceUnderstand visual merchandise principalsHave the ability and flexibly to frequently travel throughout VictoriaHold a current drivers licence and vehicleBe results oriented, motivated and have an open communication styleBe able to multi task and have exceptional time management skillsHave strong commercial acumen and in depth understanding of key retail driversHave a detailed and focused approach to workBe highly organised to meet schedules and timeframesHave a desire for continuous improvement
