Job Description
As the business has a more proactive, holistic approach to customer service, the role requirements will include support levels 1-3 for assigned customers. You will not only be the first point of contact and provide basic adhoc infrastructure support but also be an IT advisor and tailoring solutions. The role will act as an escalation point for queries beyond your level of scope.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with the desire for personal and professional development and have the same level of commitment to customer service excellence. You will also have:
- Exposure to a client-facing, consulting, advisory type role
- Exposure to working in managed service provider environment
- Proven experience with Windows servers and Active Directory
- Proven experience with Cloud & Virtualisation
- Excellent Networking and exposure to firewalls
